The service and its operator

AULACCESS LLC operates Retire Handbook. The site provides general education about retirement income and annuities, an educational report based on quiz answers, and optional introductions for annuity reviews.

What a report can and cannot do

The report is based on limited answers. It shows all three annuity types side by side and explains how each works in general terms. It does not say which, if any, is right for you. It does not assess suitability or provide financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice. It does not recommend a specific product, amount, transfer, or withdrawal, and it does not guarantee any result. Any figures it shows are hypothetical illustrations, not quotes. Speak with an appropriately licensed professional about your circumstances before taking action.

Product terms, laws, benefits, and available services can change. Verify current details with the relevant provider or agency. Examples and educational descriptions cannot replace the terms of a proposed contract.

Introductions, costs, and compensation

The quiz and introductory review are free. A product or ongoing professional service may have costs, including fees, commissions, surrender charges, or withdrawal restrictions. Ask the professional for a written explanation.

Retire Handbook does not employ the licensed insurance professionals it introduces. We introduce only professionals who hold an active license in your state, accept your savings range and have availability. We do not rank professionals on their products, fees or advice. A professional may also receive compensation, usually a commission, when a product is purchased. Any professional recommendation or transaction is under that professional's licenses, responsibilities, and separate terms.

Meeting availability depends on your state and verification of at least $250,000 in retirement savings. Meeting eligibility is not product suitability. You can decline a review, an introduction, or a product.

Call requests

If your answers qualify for a review, the final quiz step asks for your phone number. By tapping the button on that step, you agree to calls and texts from Retire Handbook about your report and review, using the wording shown next to the button. After an introduction you approve, that licensed insurance agent meets you at the scheduled meeting and does not call or text you outside it unless you ask. That wording allows calls and texts using an automated dialing system. No purchase is required. You can withdraw your call request by telling the caller or emailing hello@retirehandbook.com. Readers routed to the guide also provide a phone number to finish the quiz. Guide texts remain optional, and this step does not request calls or an introduction.

Retire Handbook SMS program

Retire Handbook, operated by AULACCESS LLC, offers optional service texts about your requested report, retirement guide or annuity review. Guide-only consent covers the requested retirement guide. Review-related messages include report links, appointment scheduling, reminders and follow-ups and may be sent using automated technology. This program does not include promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

If your answers qualify for a review, you opt in by entering your phone number and tapping the button on the final quiz step; the call and text agreement is shown next to that button. We only call and text you during the hours the law allows where you live, and only as often as it allows. Where offered, readers routed to the guide opt in to Retire Handbook texts by checking a separate, optional box that is unchecked by default, and can get the guide without checking it. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP or OPT OUT to end. Text HELP for help. For support, email hello@retirehandbook.com. After an opt-out, you may receive one confirmation of your request. Message delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent applies only to Retire Handbook. It does not authorize texts from an introduced professional, who must collect their own SMS consent separately. We do not share SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates. We share mobile information with third parties for their own marketing only when you agree on the quiz's guide screen, by tapping the guide button beside a named-company agreement or checking the separate, optional partner box, and only with the companies on our partners page. Messaging vendors may process that data only to deliver and support messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.

Requesting a one-time verification code by text or call confirms your number only. It does not enroll you in this SMS program.

Using the site responsibly

Use your own accurate information and only request contact at a number you are authorized to provide. Do not submit confidential account documents, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or use it to send spam. This service is for adults.

Content and third-party links

Site materials are owned by AULACCESS LLC or used under license. You may read the materials and save a copy of your report for personal use. Third-party names and linked resources belong to their respective owners; a link does not imply their endorsement of Retire Handbook. Keep your personal report link private.
